Leadership
As in every industry, we face challenge and change almost constantly. For us, a leader in the printing industry, it comes in many guises: The challenge of competing with on-line media for example, keeping abreast of changing technologies, managing squeezed margins, and the demands derived from ecologically driven issues.
Value
We operate our business by reinvesting profits to ultimately derive greater value for our customers. We can only succeed by sharing the added value with our stakeholders.
Sustainable
The environmental issue is here to stay. And so are we. As an established leader in the UK printing industry we have been incorporating sustainable solutions within our printing and business operations, for years.
At Anton we have four KODAK NEXPRESSES as part of a dedicated digital operation.
Digital printing is an ideal solution for short run print manufacture, on demand products and direct mail campaigns.
The capability to handle variable data means that both text and graphics can be personalised on every page.
Digital printing is an effective way of exploiting database technology. We are ebracing latest software such as XMPie, iWay, and DirectSmile.
The only limit to the potential of digital printing is imagination. The technology has and will inspire a new range of printed products which will be tailored to targeted consumers and consumer groups.
Digital printing is a tool for one-to-one marketing and will be a key driver in building personal relationships with individual consumers. Anton will be expanding its production capabilities by adding two additional digital presses by the end of the year. The successful application of digital will depend on greater knowledge of customers and their consumers’ needs.
Digital printing provides a fast response solution for short run marketing communications.
If the data base is relevant and accurate the digital solution will enable more specific and meaningful communication with the target consumer.
Reduction in the cost of trialling products and campaigns.
High quality colour and a wide range of substrates.
Reduced wastage and storage costs.
Presses have relatively low energy consumption.
Kodak operate Operator Replaceable Components, including blankets and cylinders.
Print on demand minimises waste paper.

The Direct Marketing Association (DMA)
As major suppliers of Direct Mail activity, we have been members of The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) for a number of years, bringing numerous benefits not only to Anton, but also to our customers.
Direct mail is a major part of our business and the fastest expanding. Our membership of the Direct Marketing Association is an important way of keeping in touch with developments in the industry and benchmarking our performance.
