Leadership
As in every industry, we face challenge and change almost constantly. For us, a leader in the printing industry, it comes in many guises: The challenge of competing with on-line media for example, keeping abreast of changing technologies, managing squeezed margins, and the demands derived from ecologically driven issues.
Value
We operate our business by reinvesting profits to ultimately derive greater value for our customers. We can only succeed by sharing the added value with our stakeholders.
Sustainable
The environmental issue is here to stay. And so are we. As an established leader in the UK printing industry we have been incorporating sustainable solutions within our printing and business operations, for years.
The graphs below give an indication of our improved financial performance since 2004. Our growth in profitability and cash flow have financed an ambitious investment programme which in the last financial year amounted to £14 million.

Anton’s sales have been growing at about 12% compound over the last three years.

The growth of margin is the result of close management attention to the balance between volume and price.
Our control and reduction of labour, materials and overhead costs in the new site have helped to maintain margins despite the market pressure on prices.
We anticipate increasing margins in the future as we generate more contribution through the fixed capacity, improve the efficiency of paper usage and implement cost-effective design We expect to change the sales mix in favour of more valuable products such as full-production print and mail contracts and applications of digital print
